    So clever, as always! I never thought of jackfruit as a sweet ingredient, since I’ve always seen it used in vegan recipes for “pulled pork” and such. Great to know that it’s so versatile.

    jack fruit is the national of Bangladesh and grows a lot…never even think to make with that…very impressed..
