Thanks Kitty! And I forgot to mention that these photos were taken by B.

i don’t suppose that mum gets much of a chance to cut a bit of speed on that machine, accidentally dropping her baby on the motorway or anything, but it did make me cringe.

Please Ms Y, can you ask Mr B what sort of camera he uses?
    thanks!

I like the photo of everyone lending a hand to pull the fishing boat up the beach. It’s nice to have the fish arriving and being sold together. Makes up for the lack of refrigeration 🙂

Great pics, really captures the moment.

Speaking of no refrigeration, I still remember a market in Vietnam selling meat in 30 ish degree heat with just slabs of meat on tables! Not for the health conscious 😉

the projectivist: I’m using a Nikon D90, very nice camera if you’re prepared to lug around a DSLR. 🙂

Arwen: The people helping aren’t even part of the fishing group, just people who were around to help at the time. It’s nice, they just help out and don’t expect anything in return.

Always love checking out market pics from all over the world. This place reminds me of home with all of the fresh fishies and boats around.
Come to think of it, that place is probably a stone’s throw away from the Philippines.
