I just made this using toasted, chopped pecans & date pieces in lieu of cocoa nibs, added a touch of allspice, and drizzled the top with maple syrup before baking. Phenomenal. Thanks for the recipe

I made a magnificent cake out of mashed potato once (I wish I still had the recipe! Sadly pre-blog), and parsnips have so much sweetness, that I am unabashedly high-fiving you for this cake. Woot!
