i love lychees too. Whenever we go overseas we always look out for lychee liquor, they make a great addition to lychee martinis or just plain vodka lemon and lychee. Love the sound of the cider jelly, will definitely give this ago one of these days. :)</description>

acutally we are doing pastry course this term,they are really beautiful cakes, muffins and everything, i am craving for sweets. lol!!!

i have a question though, i dont have that machine to whip the cream, so if i use a whisk, can i get the same result as use the machine? THX,MATE</description>

I know of two Australian producers: Henry of Harcourt (Vic) who make it from Beurre Bosc pears, and South Country Cyder (Tas) who make it from Josephines. These are both very pleasant drinks - but real English perry is made from special perry varieties of pear, and it must be a more complex, interesting drink than these two. I understand Henry of Harcourt has some young trees of these varieties, so we may get the real stuff in a year or two.</description>
